How we collect and use (process) your personal information

Korr. collects personal information about its customers. With a few exceptions, this information is limited to the kinds of information that can be found on a business card: name, job title, company name, work email, and work phone number. We use this information to provide corporate content and respond to inquiries from our customers. We do not sell personal information to anyone.

Your correspondence with Korr.

If you correspond with us by email, the postal service, or other form of communication, we may retain such correspondence and the information contained in it and use it to respond to your inquiry; to notify you of Korr. publications, or other services if consent is priory obtained; or to keep a record of your complaint, any other request, and the like. When you use our website contact form, we use anti-bot technology (Google reCapcha 2.0) prior to your submission to detect malicious activities and potential “denial-of-service” attacks and for verification that the submission is done by a person. To honor the principles of transparency and fair processing we do that only with your explicit consent to load the anti-bot technology. As always, if you wish to have Korr. “erase” your personal information or otherwise refrain from communicating with you, please contact us at dpo@korr.services

Note: if you ask the Korr. not to contact you by email at a certain email address, Korr. will retain a copy of that email address on its “master do not send” list in order to comply with your no-contact request.

Korr. has a legitimate interest in maintaining personal information of those who communicate voluntarily with Korr.

Purposes for processing your data

As explained above, sometimes Korr. has a legitimate interest in processing personal data to deliver website content with industry standards for performance. Sometimes Korr, has a legitimate interest in processing personal data to provide resistance to malicious activities and “denial of service” attacks.

Most of the time, Korr. needs to process your personal data (name and contact information) to fulfill a communication inquiry. And sometimes, Korr. relies upon your consent, in which case we will keep a record of it and honor your choices.

Personal information we get from third parties

We do not collect personal information from third parties.

What happens if you don’t give us your data

You can enjoy all the content on our corporate website without giving us your personal data. You can even enter only minimal amount of information (name and contact information) on our contact form, required for replying back to you on any inquiry you may have. We unfortunately cannot process the submission of your inquiry trough the contact form unless the anti-bot technology we are using verifies that the submission is done by a person. Information collected through “cookies” (described in detail in the Cookie Notice here) is strictly necessary for performance optimization of our corporate website content delivery.

Korr. has legitimate interest to provide information on its corporate website according to the industry standards, users expectations and adequate cyber resilience mechanism.
